What file formats can I upload?
Any .xlsx or .xls. One tab or many, merged cells, categorised headers, photos in columns — we handle them. CSV and PDF imports are on the roadmap.
Do I need to map columns to a template?
No. Bidcore detects the structure of each file automatically and asks you to confirm only when it's genuinely ambiguous (usually less than 5% of files).
How accurate is offer matching?
On typical construction / plumbing catalogs, 92–96% of lines match with high confidence. Medium and low matches are flagged for quick human review.
Can I edit the catalog after import?
Yes — every field is editable, and edits are versioned. Re-importing the same supplier file updates prices without duplicating products.
Where is my data stored?
EU-hosted infrastructure with per-workspace isolation. We never use your data to train models, and you can export everything as JSON or CSV at any time.
